New Proton MPV

Some people say this is what PROTON will produce next year, it could be true and it just another artist impression. But if the spyshots is the real Proton MPV , I would say they have done a great job at least from the design.

My 2 cents 

Based on my judgement on the 3rd photo : Since they plan to produce in 2009 which is long way to go, I don’t think they will test drive the car whithout comouflage

What do you think ?

   surely not that kind of quality in design that proton can ever make. I’ve seen this car bfore and it s a Mazda MPV. The first picture looks more realistic of a typical awlful proton design!!!! Ya…it s the first one.

   tat 1 is not the real 1…bcz proton is still in progress to their last touch up to the mpv…n the model is not like tat…how can the proton will show their model be4 entering the market…even my bro-in low who in charging of the air cond of this model still didnt know how does it looks like…
   so, we wait n see how…mayb it a hybrid of 3 model based on honda stream, mazda 5 n toyota wish…but surely proton got their trademark…

    Totally a mazda…this is too good to be true…but anyway,I’m hoping to see some improvements in Proton. My personal opinion, Proton should look more in their QC…coz’ that is their major weakness…

    gd day to all malaysian n slm aidilfitri..1stly i would like to say thx to malaysian citizen who have an idea to manufactured these mpv..proud to u’ll..but in here i should share with other proton crews…the oldest proton car b4 it’s similar better xspcly their engine not very sophiscated but nice to handle..4 low budget user but their accsry are to much badly very easy to damage..the door panel lock, dashboard casset holder flip aircond..i hope u’re thinking more how to handle this problem n make it better..get an idea..plss might be trade in this old car for new generation dun let waisted product for old proton like tiara, iswara, 1st saga..this is to much badly..coz proton will produce the new cars…what will happen see to wira, arena, putra..am not blame to malaysian cars..i just wanna shared my opinion, if we r not supported ours..who will care? trade in this all cars…to get a new mpv with suitable value price…think it dude..bye assalamualaikum..wbt

    It looks like a 4X4,SUV and MPV all in one, presentable for multiple occasion especilly with the present economic turmoil.

    MPV2- the looks on the second photo fit for all. A contractor, a businessman, an army/police high ranking staff car,govt officials,executive,etc. It has space but make sure it is fuel efficient, low in maintenance. It is the main factor for a decission to switch cars or not to, cost effective. In todays financial crisis everyone is in fear of global depression, might not want to incure further expenses.

    The design might look nice but there are other issues to be considered:
    1. price: how it is going to compete with other Japanese MPVs?
    2. performance: are we going to have a problematic engine such as the campro?
    3. spare part: is it available and cheap, as not all proton cars have cheap spare parts.
    4. maintenance: are we going to visit proton service centers frequently?

    owner menggayakan mengikut citarasa masing2.
